I bought my first camera, a Kodak Instamatic, when I was about ten years old. It used 126 cartridge film and took a fair amount of my paper route money to buy and develop the twenty snapshots. I wrote my first ‘book’, The Story of Beau, a few years earlier about our French Poodle. My first film, a three minute Super 8mm movie, Blizzard! was a documentary loosely based on the effects of a big winter storm on our neighborhood. I have always been drawn to stories-whether they are created with images, sound, or the written word.
Fast forward past two college degrees, stints in radio, television, still photography, and working on movie sets plus a long run in education, I am back to telling stories. I hope you get to travel the world over and tell your own story too. Thanks for visiting.
