Chris Vicari, our principal makes opening day remarks last Thursday outside of the entrance to the new school building. The school, Qingdao Amerasia International School shares a building with a deluxe hotel and is built into the side of a large hill in an area known as Lao Shan sandwiched between the Fu Shan Mountains and the Yellow Sea. The nearby Lao Shan mountains are the birthplace of Taoism. Yin Yang!
