Parts of animals, but not sure which animals. The most common street food in China is what I call ‘Meat on a stick’. You see loads of people walking around happily eating bite size bits of some sort of meat on a wooden skewer. Stands are set up near all the night markets and larger bus stops, with the wooden sticks littering the ground.
